Refund Policy

Because all of our products are custom made to order, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for changes in size, color preference, or design revisions once the production process has begun. It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review and approve all artwork, garment choices, sizes, and order details before final confirmation. Once an order is approved and enters production, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Refunds or reprints will only be considered in the event of a production error or mistake that deviates from the approved order. This includes misprints, incorrect garments, wrong sizes, or design placement that clearly differs from what was confirmed. If you believe there is an error with your order, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your items, and provide clear photos and a description of the issue. If the issue is confirmed to be a result of our error, we will offer a full or partial refund, or a reprint at no additional cost. Our goal is to ensure you are satisfied with the quality and accuracy of your order while maintaining a fair and transparent policy for all customers.
