Terms + Conditions

1. Artwork & File Submission
Customers are responsible for submitting high-resolution artwork that meets our print specifications. We accept print-ready files in formats such as PNG, PSD, AI, EPS, and PDF, ideally at 300 DPI with a transparent background. If submitted artwork does not meet these standards, production delays may occur. We offer design clean-up and adjustment services for an additional fee, and we reserve the right to refuse designs that do not meet quality or content guidelines.

2. Order Approval & Production Times
All orders are subject to approval before production begins. Once payment is received and artwork is finalized, production will typically begin within 2–5 business days. Turnaround time may vary based on order size, garment availability, and complexity. Rush orders may be available upon request for an additional fee.

3. Payment Terms
Full payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept all major credit cards and electronic payments. Custom printed items are non-refundable once printing has started. Any outstanding balances must be settled before orders are shipped or picked up.

4. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is arranged on a case-by-case basis and will be discussed at the time of order. Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier services. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

5. Returns & Refunds
Because each item is custom-made, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom printed products unless there is a clear manufacturing error or defect. If you believe your order was produced incorrectly, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a detailed description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter, including possible reprints or partial refunds at our discretion.

6. Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all order details, including garment type, sizes, colors, quantities, and artwork, are accurate before approving the final order. We are not liable for errors in information provided after the approval process has been completed.

7. Intellectual Property
By submitting artwork, the customer confirms they own the rights or have proper permission to use all graphics, logos, and designs. We are not liable for unauthorized use of copyrighted material and reserve the right to refuse any designs that may violate intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of goods purchased. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from delays, printing errors, or product defects.
